Last summer, our family had reservations to spend a week in Rosarito, Mexico. When the price of gas went to $4 a gallon, the family put our heads together for an emergency planning session. Our goal was a relaxing vacation on the seashore, along with all of us being able to spend time together. With the price of gas being so high, it was whittling away at the ability of the family to get to our destination. We re-evaluated and were able to reserve condos at Bear Lake for a week. Earl and I both had obligations, and were only able to spend one night with our family. Our kids had a ball! Once everyone came home, we got right online and made reservations for this year's vacation and everyone began planning. Everyone arrived on Friday, except Max and Chelsea, who came on Sunday night. Giselle and Noah flew up from Phoenix and then drove up to Bear Lake on Friday. We set aside time for family pictures, because at this time, to anyone's knowledge, no one is pregnant. The family won't change for at least another 9 months, so these pictures are the fun we had on Monday morning. I love the shots and am so proud of our family. Our children are beautiful and smart and funny! They are also fun to be with and appreciative of every little thing. Our grandchildren are the cutest little descendants we could possibly have and they love being together and having fun too! The year of planning was definitely worth the wait! Thanks to Tim and Billie Jo for buying a boat, which has provided tons of fun! We are all well-kissed by the sun! Some have sore back from boarding, but everyone is having a grand time! Thank you - kids - for your cooperative natures and willingness to take vacation time to spend with your Dad and me! We love you all so much!
