Oh....Just so you know --
Miss Mia loves dogs! She actually quite likes all animals. This is the cutest little picture of her loving Zeke. She also loves posing for the camera, so when she sees me with the camera, the expressions just get better and better! Zeke is a pretty good model, as well. It is quite a miracle if you happen to know any history about the Buti's and animals. I think Ellie is getting a lamb for a 4-H project, so maybe they will all grow to love animals. You do have to admit, this is a darn cute little girl!
Oh...just so you know --Sunday was a beautiful

day! We had Stake Conference and it was a really good meeting. We were all on the same schedule, so we were able to have dinner together. After dinner, Allen and Patrice put Evan on the four-wheeler to take him to see the cows and calvies prior to going with Grandpa. They said they wanted him to get used to the cows before Grandpa had him on the tractor and called him a bawl baby. Yes -- he does have on a HOT PINK jacket! He didn't have a jacket and Aunt Billie Jo offered the "Princess" hot pink jacket. I warned Allen that I would put the pictures on the blog. He said he had been raised with sisters and was

just fine with Evan in a pink jacket. So, do real men wear pink? Check it out and see what you think! Evan quite likes Aunt Billie Jo and they were having such a good time playing. I loved this little picture, as it shows his two front teeth. He can say, "ma ma." and "Da da." He can blow blubbles and make all sorts of sounds! He is a pretty fast crawler and takes after his Dad and Aunt Olivia when it comes to mashed potatoes and gravy! He quite liked dresesing and yams too!

Here is Mr. Evan in his "Princess" jacket, watching the girls ride their bikes. He thought the trip outside without being in his car seat was pretty good.

Here comes cool Ellie Jo -- riding with one hand! When she comes to a stop, it can't just be a stop--it has to be slam on the brakes and SKID True McNeil for ya! What do you think Tim thinks of his daughter's driving skills?

Little Miss Mia has to be as big as the other two girls. It is quite difficult to ride a tricycle as fast as a two-wheel bike, but she gives it her best shot!

Here was the big surprise of the day! When Tess came to the house, she announced she had a surprise for us. She made us close our eyes and walk out of the house backwards so we would be surprised when we turned around! We obeyed her commands and -- wal..la...! Here is our little Tess turning in to a big, independent girl! She can whiz pretty fast up and down the driveway and seems like she has been riding her two-wheeler for more than a day! Doesn't she look big?
Oh..just so you know -- the week was filled with even more than just these fun and games! Monday afternoon when I got up to Dad's -- he was sitting (kind of) at the kitchen table, slighty greenish/grey color and having a hard time breathing! I ran over and asked him if he was having a heart attack or a blood clot (we've been through these enough -- he knows!) He said it wasn't either, but he didn't know -- his ribs were really hurting! I asked him if he would like to go to the doctor and he said yes -- which tells you how much he must have been hurting! Earl was at work, so I called Bill to drive us to Park City. Rob hopped in the car and Jo met us in Kamas and off we went! Well, the final analysis after x-rays and exams was that he had cracked his ribs. The doctor also gave him a breathing treatment. She sent him home on the albuterol breathing treatments and a Z pack and orders to get in his recliner and relax for a week! He has been a good patient and obeyed and feels much better! One just never knows how much fun can be had in a short week!

Just so you know, I am sad that I missed so much fun yesterday! Those pictures are so fun. I totally love the one of Mia and Zeke. Those girls sure have come a long way with the dogs. I am with Evan on the mashed potatoes, NOTHING is better! Looks like you had such a fun afternoon.
I am glad that Grandpa is feeling better. I hope that spring will bring with it warm weather and better health.
Oh, just so you know....I get extremely jealous any time you update and post pictures! I so wish we were there sharing in all the fun times that always seem to be going on at your house!
And just so you know, the girls should be wearing helmets!
And just so you know, I didn't know the snow was melting! It must be warming up a lot!
And just so you know, I'm completely that shocked, that A) Evan is wearing a princess jacket, and B) He is riding a four-wheeler and C) eating real food! He must be getting sooooo big! I really wish we were there to see you guys more.
Just so you know, it does seem like forever since we've seen you. Yes, my hair is getting longer and I'm considering growing it out. Randy was here just to visit us and yes, we did have a good time with him here. He's a fun Grandpa. Yes, we are going to Phoenix the earlier weekend. We are actually going next Wednesday, the 11th. We're staying at Giselle's house that night, then in a hotel till Sunday.
I took the pictures of Jack on my blog. I just edited them in a program and made them look a little better. They are decent in the first place since I took them outside. But the photoshopping helped a lot too! Oh yeah, and the subject matter helped!
Just so you know, we are VERY excited to see you next week! Love and miss you!
Okay, for the record, I when I started my comment, no one else had commented and I thought I was being so clever with my "just so you know" responses. Olivia and I must've simultaneously commented and I DID not steal her idea!
Just so you know!!!!!
I love the new pictures. I am so glad that it's warming up he good old Woodland, the only problem with warming up is there is mud EVERYWHERE!!!! Even is so beautiful he could be a baby girl, he looks adorable in the pink jacket and only a good daddy was be secure enough to let his son wear it... I'm pretty sure Steve would pass out!!! Thanks for the update.
I'm so glad to see that the Princess jacket that I bought for Ellie has made it's way down through all three Princesses and even to Evan! (Billie Jo, I think I bought that for Ellie, right? Or do I just have pregnancy fog?)
That first picture of Mia is TO DIE FOR! I'm so happy that you have such a nice camera, Mom, because you can document even better the amazing life you have living in the promised land.
The girls look so big and so cute, and Ellie and Tess daredevils are no surprise to me :)
What a big Evan boy. I'm big on mashed potatoes and gravy, too. I'm glad he's a true McNeil.
Finally, ouch! I can't believe Grandpa cracked his ribs! That must be so painful...it's so hard to keep them healthy with brittle, old bones. I'll keep praying for his continued health, and I think we can all be grateful that it was his ribs and not a hip!
Love you - can't wait to see you!
Wow, what a week! I feel so bad for your father. I hope he gets feeling better soon. I LOVE the pink jacket and am very proud of Allen for letting his son wear it!
Gosh I have missed your last three posts, happy that I finally got caught up. I'm a little envious of the great photo's. You do a good job and you have a beautiful family. I too hope that Deloy stays well. Love the new posts.

I'm so glad at least someone posts about what we're all up to! I love the post and the pictures and want to steal a few of Evan's first four wheeler ride. He is going to love visiting his Grandma and Grandpa McNeil. I guess I forgot to ask how your dad cracked his ribs... I can't imagine what he was up to that caused that. Did he decide to wrestle with the dogs?
To answer the question "Do real men wear pink?" Real men wear whatever they want to wear! Evan is so cute and it is fun to read your blog. I really need to come visit all my cousins and of course you and Uncle Earl. Until then I am glad I can read your blog.
Addison
Oh p.s. Congratulations on the new grandbaby!
