I'll Be Home for Christmas....

No pictures, no frill, no fluff -- just a heartfelt post declaring my intentions for Christmas! I'll Be Home for Christmas! I have only two days left to work before my full break begins and I plan on being HOME for the whole vacation. What a joy that will be to be in my beautiful home, with my wonderful family all here and enjoying the blessings we have been given. Of course, Dad and I will be going out and obtaining signatures for the incorporation, which the committee is trying to have completed by January 7th in order for it to be filed by January 14th. But that is home -- Woodland -- our beautiful little town where the cottonwoods grow plentifully along the rushing river and the cows moo contentedly in the meadows. Woodland -- where the barbed wired fences may be tied together in a few places with baling twine or propped up with tree branches, but where Zeke and Bella can chase the magpies, foxes and deer if they feel like it. Woodland -- where my parents live in their warm, little home, still in love with each other and supporting each other through their challenges. I love this place!
The Christmas Concert turned out exceptionally inspirational! Once again, blessed by the pure love of our dear Redeemer and a very loving Father, the choir, the strings, the soloists, the narrator, the sound, the decor -- the whole event was absolutely heavenly! We were able to truly experience a real "Christ"mas from the heart....and soul. It was wonderful!
I'll see you all this weekend. Do be so careful coming "home" to us and we are eagerly watching and waiting for you!

Okay, so it has been weeks since I have been on your blog, or any one else's for that matter. I love the Thanksgiving update, the puppy update, and the new Christmas message. I love to be home with you for the holidays. I told Luke we were going "home" and he said "I thought we lived in Las Vegas." No matter where we live, home is always with you in Woodland.
