We have so much to be thankful for...starting with our family. Earl's Mom used to say, "Every old crow thinks hers is the blackest..." I googled it, just to make sure I understood her correctly, and sure enough...I want to "crow" about my family, because to me -- they are the best! Earl and I are at the top (or the bottom--whichever way you want to look at it); then there's Rob; Billie Jo came next; then Olivia; followed by Allen; with a few years in between and then Chelsea; with a few more years before Giselle joined us. What a great family we thought we had! Earl and I just thought we had the cutest, smartest, best kids ever!
They, of course, each added additions to the family and we have Tim, Rick, Patrice, and Noah. Best spouses ever...(still crowing!).
We couldn't (and didn't want) to stop there! Then we added the best grandkids ever! First came Ellie Jo, then Luke, followed by Tess. We paused for awhile and then got Mia, Noah...short break...Jack...quick break...Evan, Eli... another short break...Rajko...long break...Emmie Sue, Evie, and Liv. They are ALL the smartest, cutest, best grandchildren ever! "Cah, cah!"
Giselle, Noah and Rajko live a mile up the road from us in Woodland. We love them so much!
Chelsea and Jack live about 10 miles north of us in Marion. We love them so much!
Allen, Patrice, Evan and Emmie live 7 miles to the north of us in Kamas. Oh, how we love them!
Olivia, Rick, Luke, Noah, Elijah and Liv live right next door to us! We love this little family!
Billie Jo, Tim, Ellie Jo, Tess, Mia and Evie live 2 miles north of us in Francis. We love this "Buti"ful family.
We think we are just about the luckiest old crows ever because, "ours are the blackest!" in our book! We have so much to be thankful for! "Cah, cah! Cah, cah!" boasted the old crow.
We are proud of our family of crows!

I wouldn't call you an "old crow", but I definitely agree with the analogy! Of course you can't get the "blackest" without the right genes. We are all what we are because of you and dad. Love the pics, especially of you and dad. They look great. Dad looks so natural!!!!!

Ca-Cah. Oldest black crow is so happy that we have such an amazing family! It is the genetics of it all that makes this posterity what it is. We have so much to crow about :)
